Butler Twp Police Dog - Mando

In the fall of 2022, during CLC’s Faith and Blue service, the church pledged the funds for a new police dog to replace the one that had recently been retired. Officer Colton Streck was chosen as the department’s new K9 handler and in March of 2023, he and Sgt. Amy Carr selected Mando from a top kennel in the Pittsburgh area. After 12 weeks of intensive training, Officer Streck and Mando hit the road in June. On February 23, 2024, Chief Porter, Officer Streck, and K9 Mando, from the Butler Township Police Department, visited Christian Life Center to express their gratitude to the congregation for the generous donation. This donation was instrumental in sustaining Butler Township’s K9 program.
