Rehoboth Full Gospel Ministry’s mission is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for immigrants and refugees, addressing overwhelming socio-cultural and economic challenges hindering their integration into the new land. They aim to empower immigrant churches and communities through Capacity Building, Church Planting, Integration, and Social Service Programs.
Rehoboth International School of Ministry
Rehoboth has also launched the Rehoboth International School of Ministry which currently has 30 registered students. The goal is to train these leaders and either send them back to their churches or help them launch a church of their own.
The GSV grant supports the translation of materials into Swahili and Kinyarwanda and provides curriculum materials, books, and technical equipment.
Rehoboth Extended Learning Hub
Rehoboth Ministries has partnered with local educational institutions such as Sinclair Community College and Wright State University to establish the Rehoboth Extended Learning Hub, an after-school program aimed at increasing high school completion and graduation rates, addressing language-related barriers, and facilitating communication and interactions between parents and schools.
The funding received from the GSV grant provided a used van for student transportation, classroom smart boards, projectors, desktop and Chromebook computers, and curriculum materials for the 2024 - 2025 academic year.
